We have tested August on many different types of single cylinder deadbolts. Below is a list of deadbolts that we have tested that are compatible with August Smart Locks. Currently, August Smart Locks are only compatible with single cylinder deadbolts. With our newest August Wi-Fi Smart Lock we offer a bundle that includes a compatible Yale flat round single cylinder deadbolt. See product specifications for the bundle here.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not currently compatible with:
- Mortise locks
- Double Cylinder deadbolts (key hole on both outside and inside of door)
